Reform began in 2024 as a small studio in West Hollywood, built on a big dream — to create a space where movement feels empowering, elevated, and deeply connected to community.
What started as an intimate studio has grown into something bigger. With the opening of our Westwood location, we're expanding our vision into a larger, more elevated space while staying true to the energy, intention, and passion that started it all.
At Reform, our community is everything. This is more than a workout — it's a place to feel strong, confident, and part of something.

Our coaches
The best specialists in the field of Pilates
Ashley
Ashley Renzo is a certified Mat, Reformer, and Tower Pilates instructor who completed her training in October 2025 with Ashley Thierry, also known as Pilates Thierry. Her classes blend classical Pilates principles with contemporary sculpt-inspired movements to create dynamic, full-body workouts that are both challenging and fun. Known for her effective sequencing and carefully curated playlists, Ashley’s classes are designed to deliver a deep burn while helping clients improve strength, posture, and confidence. She is passionate about creating an uplifting environment where every client leaves feeling stronger and empowered.
Makena
Makena discovered Pilates while living in Seattle, when her parents learned of the benefits to alleviate her scoliosis symptoms. Not only did she fall in love with the flow of exercises, she realized the benefits of a total mind body connection, and has continued her personal practice for the past 11 years. This is what led her to become an instructor through the comprehensive balanced body program in 2020, where she has continued to learn dynamic and functional exercises to help everyone. Rooted in pilates principles and contemporary movements she brings an athletic approach to her classes, leaving you energized & aligned.
Erin
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Erin was a classically trained ballet dancer for 15 years and discovered the magic of reformer pilates after an injury prevented her from progressing as a dancer. Erin holds two BA degrees in Theatre and Communications from the University of California, San Diego. She is also a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and holds a certification as a Corrective Exercise Specialist from the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). Her teaching style is intuitive, challenging, and holistic. She combines her knowledge in ballet, pilates, and weight training in her classes to ensure that everyone walks out feeling strong, confident, and in tune with their bodies. Her goal as an instructor is to encourage her students to develop a deeper connection to their individual bodies, and she hopes you can walk out of her class having learned something new about yourself and pilates! Outside of teaching, you can find Erin at the book store, at the movies, in the mountains, or watching real estate reality tv.
Yilin
Yilin began her teaching career in yoga four years ago, earning three certifications across Los Angeles and Bali. She went on to pursue her Pilates certification in Los Angeles two years later, expanding her expertise in intentional movement.
Her teaching emphasizes precise cueing, proper alignment, and muscular engagement. Yilin believes that strong foundation and form are essential to getting the most out of a Pilates practice. Her classes blend classical Pilates principles with contemporary movement, helping clients build a solid understanding of the method while integrating modern biomechanics.
